OK, want to know more about ClickBank? Basically it is a widely accepted third party credit card payment accepting and processing company called Keynetics, Inc. -- ClickBank is simply its online domain name. It has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since December 2000. We hire the company to accept credit card payment on our behalf.

What does it have for you? Well, the nice thing is, it not only processes credit card billing, it also has a built-in affiliate program -- someone calls it associate program. What it means is that it allows a ClickBank account holder (affiliate) to promote our books through a special link. Once a purchase is made through that link, the affiliate gets 35% share of the total sales! Now you should see what ClickBank does. It simply process the order and split the total sales between us (the vendors) and the affiliates (we call them partners after registrating their ClickBank accounts with us) -- of course minus a small amount of service charges we owe ClickBank.

One last thing, unlike PayPal, you do not need to have a credit card in order to have a ClickBank account. What you need is to provide your mailing address where ClickBank's checks can be sent to should you earn some commissions. And it is free to apply for a ClickBank account.
